Hi, I'm Rafail.
Born and raised in Greece, I've always felt connected to movement and an active lifestyle. Recently, I completed my RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training at Studio One, a Yoga Alliance - certified school in Athens, a globally recognized certification that deepened my understanding of movement, breath, and mindful practice.

From a young age, I was curious about how the body works, how it gets stronger, and how it heals. This passion led me to study physiotherapy and fitness, where I built a strong foundation in training, recovery, and injury prevention.
Over time, I wanted to go deeper and not only focus on performance, but also on relaxation, balance, and overall well-being. That’s when I specialized in massage therapy and started combining training with therapeutic bodywork. Today, I bring together movement, strength training, yoga, and mindful touch to help people feel better in their bodies, improve performance, and recover faster.
I split my time between Athens in the winter and Mykonos in the summer, where I work with private clients, luxury villas, and 5-star hotels. I enjoy creating personalised sessions whether it’s training, yoga, recovery, or relaxation always adapted to each person’s needs.
I love spending time in nature and staying active outdoors. Hiking, swimming, and outdoor training are a big part of my lifestyle, and they inspire the way I work with clients. For me, movement should feel natural, enjoyable, and energizing.

My goal is simple: to help people feel strong, relaxed, and more connected to their bodies in a friendly, professional, and supportive way

Yoga

I recently completed my RYT 200 Yoga Teacher Training at a Yoga Alliance - certified school in Athens called Studio One.

The RYT 200 is a globally recognized yoga teacher certification registered with the Yoga Alliance. It is a 200-hour foundational training that provides the knowledge and skills to safely teach yoga and understand the body, movement, and breath.


This training typically includes:
  • Yoga postures (asanas) and proper alignment
  • Breathing techniques (pranayama)
  • Meditation and mindfulness practices
  • Anatomy and physiology
  • Teaching methodology and class structure
  • Philosophy and principles of yoga
  • Injury prevention and safe practice

Completing an RYT 200 at a Yoga Alliance–certified school means the training follows international standards and is recognized worldwide. It allows you to teach yoga professionally and integrate yoga into fitness, therapy, and wellness sessions.

Massage

My approach to massage is simple, calm, and focused on the whole body. I have worked for years in spas of 5 star hotels, where I gained experience in different massage techniques and learned how to create a deeply relaxing environment. Through this journey, I developed a sensitive and intuitive touch, working not only with muscles but also with the overall energy of the body.

During the session, I use slow, mindful movements to help release tension and reduce stress. My goal is to achieve total relaxation and allow the body and mind to switch off from daily pressure. I work in a calm and grounded way, transmitting gentle and positive energy through my palms to help the body soften and let go.

This creates a deeper connection between body and mind, helping you feel more balanced, relaxed, and restored. Each session is designed to support recovery, inner calm, and a sense of lightness, leaving you feeling refreshed both physically and mentally.

Personal Training

Training is the first thing I do in the morning. Starting the day with movement helps me feel focused, energized, and ready for anything. When you keep your body fit and active, your stress levels go down, your mind becomes clearer, and you simply function better throughout the day.

Personal training is about more than just exercise. It is about building strength, improving mobility, and creating a routine that supports your lifestyle and goals. Together we can create a tailored program to keep you on track and adjust it to your body’s needs. Every session is adapted to your level, whether you want to get stronger, improve your fitness, or just feel better in your body.

I am here to guide you, support you, and keep you motivated. Training alone can sometimes be challenging, and it is easy to lose consistency. With personal training, you have structure, encouragement, and someone who helps you stay focused and push safely toward your goals.
